Steps: I first noticed this problem yesterday when I was in Wanderer's Palace. We were approaching the second boss (Giant Bavarois) and two Corrupted Nymians were following us, along with a Soldier of Nym. The group decided to hold the mobs at the edge of the arena, start the boss fight, and let the barrier lock out those mobs. When the barrier came up, the soldier bounced off it as usual. However the Nymians kept shooting ranged attacks at us through the barrier, which had never happened before. After the boss was killed the mobs came into the arena chasing us.
Later I did a Brayflox HM run with some friends. As we entered the boss there were two mobs behind us - a slept Raveled Raincatcher and a Gully Galago. Pulled the boss, barrier comes up after 15 seconds, Galago is still shooting at us. The Raincatcher eventually woke up and bounced off the barrier as normal. Fight ends, the galago is still there and we just kill it.
A few minutes later I do another Wanderer's Palace run. We get to the first boss, one Tonberry in tow. Start the fight, barrier goes up, Tonberry just strolls right in.
During the day yesterday I had done several more runs in WP and Brayflox HM, along with several runs in Aurum Vale, Darkhold, Sastasha HM, and Haukke Manor HM. The issue of mobs shooting or walking through the barrier only came up those three times, although in many instances we had killed all the mobs beforehand.
