Steps:
1. Equip veil.
2. Enter Sanctum.
3. Hyper-stiff veil that does not move.

or conversely,
1. Do not equip veil.
2. Enter Sanctum.
3. Equip veil inside.
4. Hyper-stiff veil that does not move.

Also,
1. Switch classes while in Sanctum
2. Equip veil.
3. Hyper-stiff veil that does not move.
