    Digital Collectors edition help!

    Just bought the collector's edition today and none of my items that cme with it are in the moogle delivery system. Can not find any info about how to get these Anyone have any advice?

    Go to moogle

    There are 2 icons next to new. Click the one on the right (if you hover it should say Reward Delivery Request).
    It can take a few minutes but your stuff will be sent to you.

    Have you tried going to a Mail Moogle and asking to receive rewards? It's a little button in the upper right corner of the mail box window.
