PS3 to PS4 Data Center Login Issue (2002)

I'm running into a major issue as of right now. I've recently purchased a PS4 and have done the complete process in transferring my data information and etc. to the PS4 however I'm now not able to correctly get into the server at all.

Once I opened and logged into the game and hit "Start" it'll begin to collect the Data Center but immediately at times it'll run into this very error:

There was an error connecting to the data center (2002)

The load up as well takes much longer than it ever did on the PS3. It'll take right about 20 to 25 seconds just to showcase a character to select and if you get to that point to being able to select the character and hit enter, the load up is long and it'll run right back to that very error.

I've attempted to login at least 13x and I was able to get in once but when I wanted to change my character gear immediately I'd gotten kicked.

I have looked at previous threads that had similar issues and stated it was their router, switching location of data center and switching back has solved this issue but I've attempted all and no luck. If I could get some assistance on this, I would greatly appreciate it. I shouldn't have to grab an internet cord to connect to the wall in order to play this game if WiFi is not friendly but is on the PS3. If all solutions are a fail for me is there a way of just re-transferring this game back to PS3 since there was no issue there?

I was able to get in just now but when trying to transport I'd received "Connection with the server was lost." I have a 100% connection (literally two rooms away from router)
