-In order to alleviate issues in which players are clearing high end content more quickly than anticipated, materia which grants Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Mind, Vitality, and Accuracy will be restricted from being added to crafted gear which is Item Level 70 or above. All such materia currently existing in gear will be removed.
-In order to alleviate issues in which healers are doing DPS in the Final Coil of Bahamut, the accuracy cap for healers has been abolished. Instead, all damaging spells cast by healers in the Final Coil of Bahamut will deal 0 damage. Energy Drain retains its MP regenerating property.
-In order to alleviate issues in which players feel the Second Coil of Bahamut(Savage) should give different rewards than the normal Second Coil of Bahamut, the process of rolling on a piece of loot in non-Savage instances will now require players to win a game of Parley in order to cast a lot. Only one chance is allowed. Rolling on gear proceeds as normal in Savage instances.
-In order to alleviate issues in which drop rates for the Extreme Primal Mounts are too low, the RNG drop for the mounts have been abolished. Instead, players must complete the new "Extreme Primal Focus" weekly quest, which requires players to defeat each Extreme Primal 25 times in a single week in order to obtain a token redeemable for one mount. Progress on this quest is reset during the weekly reset.
-By popular demand, Black Mages can now hold up to 3 stacks of Firestarter at once. However, possessing more than one stack will prevent Thundercloud stacks from occurring until one or fewer are remaining.
-In order to alleviate issues in which Black Mages are disproportionally desired for speed running content, Flare now has a target cap of 5 enemies.
-In order to alleviate issues with Summoner MP, the Summoner class is being reworked. Egis will now provide 100% of a Summoner's damage. In order to support this change, Summoners will be unable to deal damage if an Egi is out and now have the following Job Abilities:
Summoner's Stance: Reverses INT and MND values; increases healing magic potency by 15%.
Summon III: Summons an attacker-type pet to fight for you.
Sustain II: Continuously restores 18% of a summon's health.
Spur: Increases a summon's physical and magical attack power by 40%.
Enkindle: Commands a summon to use its signature attack.
