    Can't start quests from Brangwine

    ISP - Andrews and Arnold

    Class - Lvl 50 White Mage

    Party and Solo
    NPC - Brangwine
    Monster - None
    In Game time - 13:00
    Steps-
    I went to MorDhona to pick up the quest chain for my zodiac weapon. When I loaded in I could see the quest 'A treasured Mother' on the recommendation list, it also appeared on the map. However when I went to Brangwine to pick it up there was no quest marker above her head. I tried talking to her she said

    'The personal effects of slain adventurers are like to turn up where the deadliest creatures prowl. I promise to have your mysterious map waiting for you upon your return. Then you too, can enjoy a spotless kitchen!'
