    How does one become a FFXIV GM?

    Hey guys,
    Not quite a technical problem per se, but I was hoping somebody might be able to spare a moment to tell me how someone might get a job as a FFXIV GM? I'm currently a Computer Science student in college and working another Tech Support job part time, but I really enjoy FFXIV and would really love to be able for my work to be making the things I do for fun better for everybody. If you guys can't/aren't willing to answer that, it's fine and I understand entirely.

    Click the Square-Enix logo to go to their main site and follow the Jobs link at the bottom to create a profile and search for openings? Looked pretty much like the typical corporate job search process....

    side note i'm pretty sure you have to live in the same state to be a GM in USA. I'm pretty i remember this a while back when someone ask and even when i look it up when i played ffxi.
