I'm considering purchasing the game but there is one thing I'm a bit worried about, lag. See I have a decent computer which runs the game at 50-60 fps but when I look at my connection both my sending and receiving are in at least the hundreds and more often than not the receiving is in the thousands. I hope to eventually do end game content but with ping that high I'm not sure I'll be able to. I've read that it's because all of the NA servers are in Montreal so I guess there's nothing I can do about it :/ Do you think it will be possible to do difficult end game content with this high of ping?

I'm in Australia and we are even further from the servers. I am still able to complete high end content - it just means that you need to be more aware of battle mechanics and know where to step when to avoid AoE spells from the enemies. As the little warning glows are a bit laggy. I have very rarely experienced lag in the form of jittery game play, though. It mostly works fine (unless I am in Mor Dhona at peak time).
