Spell bug

I seem to have a spell bug. All of my healing and attack spells are only working at 25% of their normal output. For example, cure does 50 healing instead of 200. Stone will do 20 damage instead of 80 etc.

It seemed to happen when I was healing a random player who was in the same area I was in. We were not in a party. It hasn't worked since.

Steps:

1:There is no buff or status ailment on my guy.
2:Tried resetting the game.
3:Tried entering different dungeons.
4:Tried killing my guy. Lol
5:Tried casting with no gear.

Any help would be great.

Potency is just a part of the formula for damage and healing. At low levels, you're gonna be hitting/healing way less than the potency, while at higher levels, you're gonna hit/heal more than the potency.
It really is just there so that you can tell how effective different skills and spells are compared to each other.

Ok, before the bug I was healing for 198 and doing 80 damage. Now I'm doing 45 heal and 18 damage.

My level 4 arcanist is doing more damage than my 25 conjurer.

The problem I have is that I can't heal dungeons or kill anything my own level, I'm not able to the advance story with my characters current dilemma.

Is your gear broken?

If so, that's pretty much the same as having no gear at all.

Cleric stance or weapon broken, thats the only 2 things that can cause that
