PLZ HELP I am being bullied/harassed non stop by another player and GMs resolved it

My best advice is to do a character rename and a vial of Fantasia to change your appearance.

I have already changed my char a lil over a week ago from kitty to lala (love being a lala btw so cute :3 ) And I love my name cuz I came up with it myself and is really unique. I don't think that would solve the issue for real :/

It's been basically to the point where we are talking about kicking him out of our server FB group and LS in the game.

You are upset about the things he is saying but you haven't kicked him from your server FB group (assuming you can) or your in game LS (also assuming you can). Perhaps you should re-evaluate this... or maybe I'm not understanding your situation. You seem afraid of him, and even really dislike the things he's saying to the point of posting a thread here, and you HAVEN'T gone through these measures to alienate him yet? Even if you don't have authority to kick him from these groups, you can leave. If the people who ARE in charge of these groups won't kick him despite the evidence, then perhaps they also aren't people you really need to be around. It's a clear cut and dry situation. He's impacting another player's experience of play, causing discomfort to another player despite being asked to stop. I don't see what the hold up is.

Don't post his info on these forums, even his in-game name, or else the forum mods will ban you from the forums according to their rules. Personal experience :/

If your "friends" know that he's harassing you and haven't done anything or don't even care, then it's time to find new friends. A true friend wouldn't stand for this rubbish and wouldn't even need to think much to come to the conclusion that such person isn't good for the group.

Next time you talk to a GM, tell them you want to speak to the lead GM because the matter isn't getting resolved. You can also report him for harassment on FB Bottom line is you shouldn't have to put up it and he needs to be reported.

and the person is reading this & laugh his ass off atm, I think. I don't use FB often but you cannot block a person on FB or report them on Fb or eventually ask the group leader to remove the person ?

The only reason I suggested the name change is because it would make it more difficult for this douche to find you. I'm also getting the feeling that a server change is out of the question.

So just a little update. I myself could not kick him from our server FB group but he started going off in the FB LS we have and they finally removed and blocked him from our Server FB group. Thank the gods! He also threatened to shoot one of my friends in the linkshell as well. It's getting ridiculous. I am not making this up either if this wasn't happening I wouldn't have posted this. I am not that kinda person >.< I won't leave my friends! If anything they are standing up for me. I would do the same for them if they were in this situation too. The group was going to have a poll as to whether to keep him in the group or kick him until he went off in game yet again. I am actually at work so I cannot see what is going on currently. Like I said it hasn't stopped and probably won't stop until a gm, dev or someone in game does something. Some of my friends are recording the things he is saying now and are going to report him to sony.

Not an officer, a dispatcher. I'm the one who answers the phone when you dial 911, my officers get to see the excitement. That's not really for me. But I have handled calls like this, and 9 times out of 10, it's when someone shows sympathy or leniency towards their offender, nothing gets done. If it's really an issue, then make it an issue. If you don't, then others may not take you seriously the next time it becomes a problem. It's like when we get calls about someone who is complaining about their roommate stealing their belongings but they don't want to make a report. Or a victim who gets hit in the face by the local super jock, but doesn't want to be blamed that that jock loses their scholarship to the college of their choice for assault. In cases like these, the saying my sergeant gives is "There's no offense with out a victim." So she needs to step up and be courageous. Any coward can back down and back out, but a hero will stand up for what is right, and often, you need to be your own hero when no one else can do it for you.

Your friend needs to call the police immediately! This is no longer cyber stalking or harassment, this is a threat of violence. Your friend needs to be provided with any detailed information about this individual you or anyone else can provide, and report a threat of violence to his/her local police department. You should realize by now, in this day, that with just a name or address, a criminal investigator (like the ones in our department) can get every piece of detail about this individual and have a restraining order served on him from across the country. He could also be arrested too. Your friend could very well be in danger and neither of you should take this lightly.
