    Second: If he already had your FB, banning his account won't really solve anything. And even after blocking him on FB won't help and he still has his way with you and it affect your personal life, time to contact your local authorities and bring the matter to them. Cyber bullying is a crime and if the culprit keep doing it, even after being requested to stop, is a criminal and should be treated like so.

    On a side notes: Your signature, I find them a bit rather dirty. Some people won't take you seriously because of the signature. I might be wrong.
