Dragoons not allowed to use Stun? (Low level Dungeons)

Again. "LOL" False. Silence Resistance exists. If you use three silencing abilities in quick succession its will become immune to Silence for about a minute.

My very first static tested this on several mobs throughout Coerthas, all of which built stun resistance when stunned. We were able to fire off something like 6 full silences in rapid succession on mobs that would rapidly reach stun DR with the group using shield bash/leg sweep/et al spam.

There are no diminishing returns on Silence against PVE mobs unless it was patched in very recently, or if they exist, a single party cannot reasonably reach them.
