I'm 100% positive that she is referring to this part of the sentence:

Not the part that the dungeon cannot be sped ran...

Ah. well if that's what they were referring to, my apologies. The sentence seemed like it was implying that it would be impossible/impractical to speed run the new dungeons that early, when my own experiences said otherwise.
