What I am seeing a lot here is a bunch of comments from people with iLvl's near or above 110+ or talking about FCoB gear being able to easily do speedruns. That's fine and dandy. Problem is, not everyone has that level of gear. There are newer players now trying to get to that point, or others who don't run Coil. And with the EX dungs having an entry iLvl of 80, we shouldn't expect people to play at the same level of someone in FCoB gear.
