    Legacy Mark Disappeared...

    Hello.

    I have a character from 1.0. I've recently come back to A Realm Reborn. She has had the legacy tattoo on her since I've been back. The other day I equipped a helm and the tattoo disappeared. I cannot get it to come back, no matter what I do. And yes, I tried taking the helm back off, trying on other equipment and taking all her equipment off.

    I have tried /lmark /lmark on /legacymark on /lmark off /legacymark off

    and I have tried them in succession, doing them twice and waiting, hitting enter, doing off then on, doing on twice, doing simply /lmark. Nothing works, it will not come back, I want my tattoo back. Please help.

    IDK if you tried this or not, but when I've hidden my helm, sometimes depending on the helm the legacy mark was hidden too. But if I were you I would place a GM call. I think the NA team is still on vacation.

    Yeah, tried hiding and unhiding the headgear. That didn't fix it. Still can't really figure out how to place a GM call in game. Can they fix this?

    Tried contacting a GM in game, hope I did it right, I believe I did? Sent the message with the title and it said a representative would be with me shortly. 1 hour later and it's time for bed, can't keep waiting. Can a GM even fix this?

    A GM will most likely respond to you through a support desk message, wouldn't expect any /tells from them.

    A got a GM response as you said through a support desk message. They basically shrugged me off and said "We feel this issue would be best if you contacted Square Enix support, Monday through Friday 9-6". So now I have to wait till Monday just to see if they can do anything? Very disheartening, seems like they don't care and are going back to the ways of FFXI.
