This does nothing to decrease said value of the item by allowing people to keep the items that they earned. All it does is destroy all the hard work people put in to get the items required to create or earn the items for their houses.
All of the agrees... It just does not make actual sense. Although I like getting a response to questions I would also like it to sound reasonable. Being bound protects its rareity enough. Destroying it is just a slap in the face.
