My advice:

1/ Log off your game.
2/ Do something for your life
3/ Wait for the new expansion
4/ Log in and enjoy all new contents.

You can go do that or:

1/Finish your story line quests . Or else it will even more overwhelm when the new expansion is released.
2/Pick one job you like best and gear it up with Poetics Gear. And gear your alts jobs with Soldier Gear.
3/Defeating Shiva Ex if you have not done so. Seeing the trend from the past, in which you are required to beat the number of certain Primals boss to unlock the new one. It might or might not the case, better be safe than sorry though.
4/Looking for a FCOB static and start doing them if you like challenges fight.
5/After finishing all 4 listed, you can come back here and ask for more advices.
