PC Digital Registration

My girlfriend bought the PC digital edition from Amazon in the UK and received the product code in the format of XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000 (18 digits) which as I recall was the same format the code was for the pre-order of the game when I pre-ordered before release.

Anyway, when she tries to register the code and upgrade from the Trial at the Mogstation following the instructions on the SE site, the requirement for the code I believe is the 20 digit one and not the 18 digit given above. I sent in a ticket to SE to find out what to do but it's been a few days and I haven't gotten a reply yet.

Does anyone have any idea on how to get the proper 20 digit code to upgrade from the trial to the full game? Any help would be appreciated!

Bump...It's been almost a week since she bought the game and sent in a ticket, and got the Early access 18 digit code with no way of getting the 20 digit code converted.


Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is frustrating.

For the second article. Read a bit further down as someone states you will need to use the 18 cd-key code to get the 20 cd-key code.
