Are Levi,Mog,Ramuh EX still quests?

I have been away from the game for at least 5 months soon to be 6 on the 14th and i have caught up quite a bit thanks to friends. I see people in my FC doing Ramuh and Shiva EX fights and i want to join them but i can't seem to find the Mog or Levi EX quest to unlock them. I can do the fights and have completed levi ex but how could i have done it without turning in the quest complete? Are Mog Levi and Ramuh no longer quest needed EX fights to Unlock Shiva? or am i missing something. Quick or detailed responses are welcome

If I remember correctly, Mog and Leviathan are no longer required but Ramuh still is.
Sorry for the incorrect information. It looks like they're all still required.

Try going to The Waking Sands in Western Thanalan and seeing if Urianger has the quest "The King Lives" since you seem to be stuck on Moogle. If he doesn't, check your journal for quests and see if you have the fight flagged but are bogged down by other quests on the list.

And yes, Levi EX, Mog EX, and Ramuh EX are all still required to do Shiva EX. We just recently ran some people through there in my little corner of the woods and had to do them all to catch em up.

Slightly unrelated, but does anyone know how I might get the Shiva EX quest back? I have unlocked the arena, but accidentally abandoned the quest and I can't figure out where to pick it up. Urianger doesn't have it nor does the guy in Whitebrim who I remember having to talk to on the way to the Aethyrite.

Levi and Mog EX are required to unlock Ramuh EX. Ramuh EX is required to unlock Shiva EX is how the progression goes to contribute.

I honestly couldn't tell you, the quest starts at Urianger but if it isn't appearing there then you may have to try going through support channels to resolve your issue.

Speak with the stalwart Temple Knight at Snowcloak. He is the one that probably has your quest,

You need to complete the 2.3 Patch Main Scenario questline to unlock Ramuh (Extreme). You need to have defeated Leviathan (Extreme) AND Great King Moggle Mog XII (Extreme) each at least once to be able to take the quest.
You need to complete the 2.4 Patch Main Scenario questline to unlock Shiva (Extreme). You need to defeat Ramuh (Extreme) at least once to unlock the Shiva (Extreme) quest.

If I recall, Levi/Ramuh quest is in Gridania at the FC HQ. I remember it driving me crazy that I couldn't accept it until the patch made the original three not required.
