Zodiac Quest: A Ponze of Flesh BUG

Hello,

I'm victim of a bug in the subquest "A Ponze of Flesh".

I'm at this step right now:

Obtain a Gobmachine Bangplate from Brayflox Longstop (Hard)


I farmed this dungeon for 5 days straight and didnt get the key item, at first I thought it was just bad luck, but then I noticed something: in this particular dungeon, I don't get the orange circular ground marker on the last room of the boss (the marker that you get from active quests), and if I try to open the MAP from the quest log, I get an error message: "Unable to open map at this time" (Inside the dungeon).

Other quest objectives from other dungeons works as intended, (map opens, orange area present), and so after 3 days of mindless farming Brayflox Longstop (Hard) I tried another dungeon from another quest, and got my item at the first try.

I issued a ticked in game support (ticket number 4493650) but I didn't get any response in hours, so I'm posting this on the forums.

I'm currently stuck because of this bug, and I have no intention to cancel and restart the quest, or I'll lose the progress and the item I used to activate the quest (1600 soldiery points, 20.000 marks, 100.000 gil) plus the Key Item from Dzemel Darkhold.

If you have access to my character logs I think you can figure out how many times I runned Brayflox Longstop (Hard) before noticing I might be victim of a bug.

Hey. I believe your just having bad luck on the drop. It can happen. As for being unable to open the map and no orange circle in Brayflox hard mode, It is a known issue that was reported when the Quest Came out in the Patch 2.45 notes.

"In the sidequest “A Ponze of Flesh” the map does not appear when clicking on the objective “Obtain a gobmachine bangplate from Brayflox’s Longstop (Hard)."

You can still get the drop just fine (I have got it twice). So just keep up at it.
