Do Infuriated Skills Get 10% Crit Bonus?

Does every IB/SC get the 10% Crit Bonus from Wrath stacks? Or are they consumed before the action takes place. Would like to model my war stuffs more accurately. 10% Crit on every IB is a pretty sweet frigging deal on out strongest hit if it works that way.

It certainly feels like those two abilities Crit pretty often to me, at least. I wouldn't be surprised if Wrath did affect them, but my "evidence" is purely anecdotal. I wonder what can test this more accurately.

An extremely large sample size of parsed IB's should do it. As long as people post their crit rates and whether or not they're using IR for all IBs should also be stated.

I think it does.
My inner beasts and steel cyclones crit A LOT even without internal release.

Test: Use normal attacks on a Striking Dummy for 10 minutes.

Results

I hit the dummy 405 times. Of those hits, ACT claimed a Crit Rate of 5%, falling in line with the calculated base Crit rate of 5%.

Internal Release Used: No
Defiance: Yes

Test: Attack a Dummy for 25 minutes, using Inner Beast as much as possible.

During that 25 minutes, I used Inner Beast 92 times. Of those 92 times, 17 were Critical Hits, for a total rate of 18.47%

Small sample size aside, that shows promise that Inner Beast might be affected by Infuriated

from a pure theoretical point of view, the ability is used, THEN consumes the stacks. IB/SC should have that bonus. but that's just theoretical
