I got vote kicked for the first time today (or, how do I keep nin from taking aggro?)

My Syrcus Tower party Vote Kicked a Ninja just today, for using his abilities to get to the arenas earlier than everyone else, and start a battle - locking out some of the Alliance members. By the time we got to Acheron, we'd all had enough, and no-one (including the other Alliances) refused to enter the Acheron arena until he, and another party member that was being equally annoying were Vote Kicked from my Party.

He didn't say "I'm rejecting your advice.", but he was given the advice to do his job quests to get the AF gear and buy cheap accessories that will help him. His profile has updated, he has gained a level and he hasn't gotten any of the gear he was suggested to get, not even the AF which is given pretty much for free, 4 pieces at level 45.

That is not following the advice he was given. It doesn't even take long to do the quest.

Actually, you cannot follow what lodestone says. I am in the same server and he never logs out. Lodestone puts the last gear you had one when login out, he never does. That is why lodestone still shows the same gear he had when doing the post. He already have done the PLD quest and got the AF gear from the quests.
