Novus - How are you catching up?

Title says all. I'm on animus 21/75 melds, took some time off pre and post patch.. Not amazing at making money,not sure of the best way to grind to catch up with the novus before next patch.

How are people doing this effectively (and in case one is mentioned, i already tried spamming HM primals for bonus. Seems ever other novus grinder had the same idea, as i always get full parties of people trying to get bonus lol.)

I am doing this same thing. Currently I am hunting with LS, doing daily roulettes, and then spamming ST.

Why are spamming HMs for bonus ? That light bonus only applies to the Novus stage once aquired ? Right now your best bet is doing for daily Expert to get your alex, then hunting in which you get allied seals(200 for 1 alex) but you also get sol which will help buy some maps. In all if you hunt all day you could end up getting around 5-6 alex a day which is pretty good

I have 76 Alexandrite and the item on which to meld (figure I might as well grind to 99 Alex for extras). I have a few materia IV's I want to put on the weapon. Now what? I got the 110 Thyrus until I get this done, and I'm obviously not in a big hurry. What do I do from here?

With the dungeon queues being cross realm you are seeking out the rare new player.

On our server some ppl are putting up pt queues in pf specifically looking for new players to carry them thru content just to get the bonus. This has been popular on titan extreme and t5 for instance, where there are a ton of ppl stuck.

If you have a group that can easily clear content its a decent idea for a quick sold bonus.

hunting is probably the best thing you can do along with the daily map from expert roulette. if we consider both tomes and seals points u can use towards alexandrite, then an a rank is 40 points? 10 a ranks/3 hours.....probably enough for a map and an alexandrite from the hunt shop.

Newbie bonus is better but I hardly ever see it on my server....

Can also SB in between A ranks to max out efficiency.
