I'm up for it for rare/unique gear like the green and blue. But every single gear I think it would be too much. Maybe add there the glamour specific gear too.
I love the official forums, they tell you to use the search for thread about what you wanted to talk but when you use it they judge for necro a thread.
I think this would be a wonderful idea, but first they would need to get the character data under better control.
to those that are saying PS3 limitations. drop that idea now.
if it is limitations it has to do with their own caracter data save code.
PS3 limitations are related to the maximum number of things you can display at once on the screen mostly, and if you can have the MB, you can have this.
SE needs to update their servers already.. Great ideas such as this can't be constantly shot down because character data limitations.
>_< Oh I hope a developer answers this with at least a "we'll consider"....
63 thumb up in the french forum and 33 here, sounds good
Is anyone able to make a good japanese traduction? xD
I love it! ^^
The other advantage that I hadn't thought of earlier to this glamour log is that it doesn't have to necessarily be "random access" like inventory items are. If the glamour log is only available in certain situations and can't be accessed at any time (e.g. talk to NPC to register stuff to glamour log, or only available in the inn room armoire, or some other restriction), then that data doesn't even have to be loaded as part of "character data" at all times. At the cost of some player convenience, the feature may become possible.
Not sure what the item guide is going to look like or when it will be out, so this may not apply, but as I imagine it I think it would be a good place for a glamour catalog like you've described.
I'd agree this would save a lot of space and heart ache for the glamour fans, besides having a check box near items would make a decent way for non-glamour players to also track what they've officially owned before.
