    HELP GETTING ERROR 2002 WHEN CONNECTING TO JAPAN DATA CENTER

    these past few days i can't go to JP data center ( Elemental) , but i can get in to NA or EU data center , and when i want to connect to JP data center i always get error 2002 (cannot connect to lobby) , can somebody help me to solve this matter ? im on PS4
