    This Game is Too Hard

Well, after reaching level 30, the dungeon difficulty just shot through the roof. This game is way to hard to enjoy. I feel like the difficulty adds to player frustration. From what I've seen, there are too many people getting angry with each other and blaming each other for when things go wrong. Who wants to play a game that causes strife and arguments. Not I, so I will be moving on.

Take care Square Enix and player base. It was fun while it was playable at the lower levels.

I really hope you see my reply.
First of all I noticed you are a lvl 35 conjurer which at lvl 30 you should be in your job now as a white mage. That means you should have done all your class quests. Its important you do all your class quests and have it up to date. At lvl 30 you will aquire your soul of the white mage stone.
There is a class quest available at 30,35,40,45 and 50. So 5 classquest per class. It also gives job skills and or spells. Its important you do these. The soulstone also gives you a boost for your specific class stats.
So far I have seen a 43 jobless archer and a lvl 50 conjurer. Some did aquire the soulstone, but yet forgot to equip it. I think that is hilarious tbh.

If you have trouble healing its probably because you never did your class quest to obtain "Cure II".

Well nvm I think the forums shows incorrect class as my avatar shows THM so it might be you are a WHM by now. Could you describe the issues in detail? Its sad to see players leave so quickly. Dont give up now!

I would encourage you not to give up yet. It's true the the learning curve sharpens around level 30 but once you get through that things start to ease up again. If you are part of an FC I suggest you ask for some help getting through this part of the game and if you aren't part of an FC I suggest you find one. This will make all the difference in your enjoyment. If you are still finding it a struggle after that then perhaps try experimenting with other classes you may find one that is easier/more enjoyable for you.

It's good to see some helpful replies here. These are the kind of people you want to end up with in-game, instead of landing the "strife and arguments" parties that make you want to leave. Making some friends who will take the time to explain things as new challenges arise can make all the difference. Once you get past some hurdles on the learning experience, there's a really fantastic game waiting for you.

Let me guess, Brayflox's Longstop right? That dungeon is regarded as a rite of passage in the game - it brutally shows you if you actually know how to play your class or have just been fumbling through the game until now without giving any helpful advice how to do better.

Don't despair though! As a healer, you need to keep on your toes and make sure you don't burn through your MP quickly, especially on the final boss where most people will be scattered and thus Medica wouldn't be possible.

Also on the last boss, make sure to stay out of the green poison which appears on the ground frequently (that's dropped and spread by the dragon) - it's deadly and will quickly kill you if you're not taking notice.

Unfortunately a lot of players now are only interested in rushing through a dungeon as fast as they can to get their tome reward as quickly as possible (these are end game players who are doing Duty Roulette). It's often more preferable to do a dungeon with friends rather than Duty Finder, as friends will usually be more likely to take the dungeon more slowly for you and help you learn the tricks of completing it.

But basically, don't give up! It took me ages tanking Brayflox as PLD before I finally realized exactly why I was failing and adjusted my strategy accordingly and thus finally succeeded.

Just spend some time learning your role in the party and you "should" be fine with anything below 50. Anything below 50 really doesn't require much strategy that only comes to place after lvl 50 content. If you're giving up already at 30 then probably should just quit now.

Another passive aggressive (please notice me leave) post. Healing is not for everybody.

Honestly if this is your first mmo , I wouldn't start off a healer , I would actually go around dpsing as #s dont matter sub 2nd coil so you can get the feel for the game before you venture off into more of the main roles...Tanking and Healing
