Red mage/Time mage LB should be a 30sec STOP spell for everything in sight except for the caster of the LB and someone else.

If it's a healer, he/she can Rez and put the whole party back on their feet in 30sec.
If it's a DPS, he/she can deal a LOT of damage in 30sec.

All this if RDM/TMM aren´t capable to Rez. If they are, the second person on the stop is unnecessary.
