I have an issue with level 40 leves for Alchemy not appearing.

I'm a level 41 Alchemist, I've unlocked Levequests in the "go to" locations required (Coerthas) and I have completed the level 40 Alchemy Quest.

I have gone through the forums and there are quite a few people with various Leves not showing.

Please advise.
