    Season Event Quest Issues.

    Last year during Heavensturn, I wasn't able to complete the final quest "Thank Heavensturn For You". For some reason I wasn't able to turn in the final quest and the event ended before I could fill in a ticket.

    I kept the quest in my log thinking that if I waited a whole year for the event to roll around again, that I might be able to turn this quest in for completion (provides an achievement). I have the quest in my log, the item (Uma Kabuto) it requires, the NPC is still there in New/Old Gridania and it's Heavensturn, however, I still can't turn it in. It says something about it needing to be Heavensturn...

    I don't need the gil/xp/or the food item the quest rewards but I'd like to get it out of my log and have the achievement. I tried contacting GM services regarding the matter and got the standard "This is outside the Scope of a GM" tin can message.

    Is there any plans to assist players with event quest issues like this in the future or anything that can be done now?

    Idk if there's any answer about this that you would really like.. you get a warning that says you can't turn in the quest after the event has ended... I'm really sorry that you didn't turn it in last year and it's incredible you left it in your log that long. I have to give you kudos for that

    It wasn't for a lack of trying to turn it in; it literally wouldn't let me. The event ended before I filed a ticket about it so I just thought I'd hold out for this year. Sadly, game issues are out of my control and I (or anyone else with this issue) shouldn't get achievement shafted for it. :/

    I actually thought I was going to have the same issue this year too, the quest turn in's had the red quest lock icon (like when you're on the wrong job etc.) but thankfully, even though they were red, this time I could still turn in. Oddly glitchy...

    I got the red icon too for one of the quests, think it was because I mounted up to get to where I was going, and when you summon a mount, any minions temporarily disappear and since you need the lamb minion to finish the quest, game thinks you can't complete it while mounted, but for some reason never restores the correct quest turn in icon when you hop off your mount.

    Probably not the best wording, but that's what my guess is.
