Game Time Card resub issues

Hi,
I bought a 60-day Game Time Card and when I go to mogrystation to redeem my code I only have the Subscription payment option to pay with steam wallet. There's no other way then this.
How can I alter my payment method? I tried this in the settings but the only option there is to set a credit card.

the steamlauncher appends some extra info to the url which changes the payment options presented (so don't click mogstation on the launcher)

checked but didn't work. Today I got mail from where I purchased the game card. It could be that I am not using the official versione because I bought the Collector's Edition over steam.

that link works for steam versions as well, however you must logout properly or delete browser cookies for it to show the full list of sub and game time addition options.
