But you really think it's worth to use Fuma shuriken instead of raiton, even if i lose 3/4sec of Huton?

Some people prefer to. I don't personally. From all the practice parses I've personally done it has been a dps loss for me to do so, but if your lag is really bad it is a definite alternative. The only times i really use Fuma is when the enemy is immune to magic damage or when I'm in a low level dungeon and that's all I have. I do however know people who have used Fuma over raiton due to lag issues and it has helped them. But I would have someone parse you and see which works best for you.

A couple things I would recommended that might be helpful.

Go to the settings and make it so that you can hold L2 > R2 or R2 > L2 to access the second cross hotbar. I noticed you were manually switching back and forth. The L2 > R2 method is superior in both speed in consistently then tap switching and its like a whole new world once you learn it.

Farm some second coil runs for HA gear. Some of the HA pieces are a nice upgrades from the soldiery pieces especially if you don't have access to final coil or are still saving for poetic pieces. Having the HA pieces on hand also allows more flexibility within accuracy caps for non poetic upgraded pieces.
