First Ninjutsu rotation you start a Raiton with about 17 seconds left on Huton. This should never be done.

Rule of thumb for me:
1-17s left: Huton,
18-20s left: Fuma Shuriken
21+ left: Raiton

You're waiting for your first Mudra to cast before queueing up your second, which is good for avoiding mistakes but it's time to work on smoothing that out. If you kind of roll quickly from your first to the second (as if pressing them almost simultaneously) it usually will cast both, making Raiton much faster. Unfortunately you usually need to get confirmation that the 2nd comes out before the 3rd so you can't roll through all three, but the overall rhythm for a 3 part ninjutsu will come out vaguely similar to a "ba dum tss" kind of rhythm (ie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zXDo4dL7SU ).

If someone knows a smoother way to consistently cast ninjutsu I'm all ears, but that at least will tighten up a lot of your mudra speed.
