Change Local PC Time Forward Disconnects Client

    Steps to reproduce
    1) Launch Client
    2) Login
    3) Select Start
    4) Select Character
    5) While in the world alt-tab out of the game and change your clock ahead 1 hour

Results: 90000 Error Disconnected from Server
Observations: At 7:18 PM PDT I changed my clock to be 8:18 PM PDT and was disconnected. I relaunched the client and received and error that I was still logged into the world, waited and logged in successfully and noticed Local Time was correct and not my actual PC clock which was now ahead one hour.

This raises the question what is local time (PC Time) based on if it is not the time the PC thinks it is?

    Reversing the Process
    1) Launch Client
    2) Login
    3) Select Start
    4) Select Character
    5) While in the world alt-tab out of the game and change your clock back 1 hour to the proper time.

Results: No disconnect, no errors, no problems.

Questions: Why would increasing local time cause the client to disconnect but going backwards not? Sessions / Authentication does not timeout after 1 hr so I should not have been disconnected by increasing the clock 1 hour and if it does have an impact to the client I would expect going backwards would have the same impact which it does not.

Reason this is a real problem / bug:
As those of us who live in countries that use Daylight Savings Time we recently rolled our clocks back, as shown above backwards is not the problem but come spring when DST rolls clocks forward 1 hour users will be disconnected for no reason.
