Why did SE decide to make the three new classes not require base classes?

Back on topic:

I'm more worried what the 4th mantra would do to the Ninja community because that 1 skill for using all 4 mantra in the right order...

yeah, i agree. I enjoy NIN but with the Mudra lag....that would be rough. But that job is awesome. Does anyone know if the other new jobs we are getting gonna have their own job-unique run and jump animation like NIN when your weapons are unsheathed? Would love to see DRK running while dragging sword low and behind them like they are about to perform an uppercut with it.

Why would not having a base class be a bad thing, when most people either got all classes at lv50 cause they got the time and will to do so, Lv15 or higher cause they just wanted cross class skills or are just gonna level that ONE base class to Lv15 to unlock the job they wanna undertake at Lv30?

I don't see the problem. Base classes are useless anyway. Aside adding more class icons to remember, they got no purpose.

LORE? Herm I don't think that much people care about class lore. I sure don't give a damn, I just want the gameplay and abilities to be flashy, I couldn't care less about lore lol
