All day today I have had lots of trouble with rubberbanding and not being able to really function in instances. Mostly, I am disconnected from the exodus server and I get sever rubber banding in the instanced server.

Game reinstalled and patched and computer reset along with modem and router.

Edit: OK now its happening everywhere. Exodus and the instanced server
