I think its just a mere name change, they are going to operate the same way they have been for years. Only thing is, people are only going to suspect that Square made a takeover, which doesn't seem to be the case at all.

Square Enix (Manga, I can't remember their Company Name)

Were all just rebraned world wide as "SQUARE"
