Can't make Calibrated Rose Gold Cog cause of gear

I wanted to get some help on what to do, I have the gear that, I think I can use but no where near the requirements to make the Cogs, so I come to you in hope for some good advice, here is a pic of my gear and whats in it. I need Craft at 391 and Control 374

my current jobs are in crafting:

50 Goldsmith
50 Carpenter
50 Culinarian
15 Armorer

It is hard to get anywhere in crafting without all 8 classes levelled to 50 to unlock their skills, and then you need the main hand upgrade offered by trading in revenants toll. There is also an off-hand upgrade i70 you can buy or have made for you.

I would also recommend following the following materia melding guide. Start from where it says "Pre-BiS" as "BiS" is full Artisan.

What he said about glasses and I'd reccomend getting the artisan tool as well. With the new lower turn-in amounts they're a breeze to do now.

You might also wanna try remelding some gear to get more stats into them. I can't see em all here but it looks like you're no way near max melded.

Also, and i may be wrong on this, making 3 star stuff with only those classes leveled is gonna be next to impossible. Maybe i'm wrong on that, but I don't see how you'd make 3 star anything with 1-3 classes at 50.

Pretty much this. For any 3-star or higher, you need at least the level 50 cross-class abilities from every crafting class and pretty much every cross-class ability from Culinarian. Mandatory. It's a really long grind to get there, but it is so worth it.

Get the rest of your classes to 50(you will need the skills), start running the Ixali beast tribe quests every day and either stockpile sealants for when you have everything leveled or sell them and start buying the new offhands, gear and materia to fully meld them.

All of your accessories(except the rings) and belt are due for an upgrade as well, invest in melding these first once you acquire them since it will apply to every class you have.

Not only do the high level crafts need crazy stats, they will also take huge amounts of cp in order to hq, don't skimp on melds and use food.

Do your research on meld caps... Use your first 10 oaknots from the Ixhali quests on the lv.60 hands... Also, good luck! You're halfway there.

That's one thing I don't like about this part ofthe game, the grind on it, but then again I am used to WoW and that is pretty easy game.
