You what? The game has been out for more than a year now. If you don't have at the very least nexus, Your problem isn't lack of time but lack of motivation. If you played for 10minute everyday since 2.38 came out, you would still have your nexus by now. Zodiac maybe not

Most people who will tell you "i dont have the time to do this!!" do have the time. they just prefer using that time watching videos or playing other games.
