    Done!

    I am done, insane relic quest lines,waiting hours for fate spawns for books/allied seals, no easier mode for raid content so I can see the whole game, crafting items that take a million mats to do.

    Listen most of us have real jobs we have to work and a life we want to live , I am casual but I also want to see all the content I am paying 18+ dollars a month for. I don't pay this to sit and wait for some stupid fate to pop for 2 hours AFTER I GET OUT OF WORK!!!!

    I am taking my money elsewhere maybe the 10% of hardcore players that love camping and grinding will be able to pay your salaries.

    FFXIV is easier then a lot of the other mmos out there maybe you should try a different genre of game.

    Just that MMO is not a "genre" its a network setup!
    You can "clasify" games with MMO when differ between network types as single player, multiplayer, online game,...

    mmo referees to mmorpg in most cases which is a genre.

    Most ppl do not consider games like Diablo, Call of Duty, LoL, Path of Exile, Hearth stone, and World of Tanks mmos. Although developers are starting to call them that.

    It does not, sorry but RPG is the genre that descripes the game and MMO describes the network setting of the game, result is MMORPG! MMOFPS or MMOTCG is also a MMO but not a RPG. There are many other genres made with MMO networking, even sportgames are! It is not a question what people believe, it is a definition in dictionary and sorry to tell you that, to change a definition way to less people "believe". Please do not use "most people" without numbers to prove, thanks!

    Edit: Ok, the problem is in early stage (~1990) mostly RPGs existed and to differ them from normal RPGs they used the networksetting as prefix. This changed a while now, we are no longer in 1990s and we have a lot more "genres" using MMO networking...

    Most people call MMORPGs MMO, and I'm pretty sure you don't need to resort to precise number to affirm it. But the real fact is that nobody cares and it doesn't matter what word we use. Ugh.

    IMO AAR was what "easier than many games" at the first place,
    I believe many players would pay to play for this reason, however, ARR is changing to a common time killing mmo.
    That's why it disappointed many players. Ofcoz some of you like this but to be fair, if you don't want a easy game then why you play ARR? ^^;
    There is nothing force anyone to do anything but there is something blocks some players to enjoy ARR.

    Perfectly understandable (I abandoned the quest at the Nexus stage upon hearing I'd have to spam dungeons over and over again for the Zodiac). Work on fun things like EX Primals or even Coil. It's what I did

    Zumi, they have a job and want to spend their free time playing a game. Not spend two hours waiting for a FATE to pop (which should be nerfed to spawn every 10-15 minutes. It's not even considered a grind waiting for something).

    Oh I know what they mean I quit wow awhile back because I didn't want to spend 40 hours a week doing progression in heroic raids. FFXIV is much more laid back in terms of how long it takes to beat stuff. I am saying if your looking for a easier mmo you probably won't find one.
