Zumi, they have a job and want to spend their free time playing a game. Not spend two hours waiting for a FATE to pop (which should be nerfed to spawn every 10-15 minutes. It's not even considered a grind waiting for something).

Oh I know what they mean I quit wow awhile back because I didn't want to spend 40 hours a week doing progression in heroic raids. FFXIV is much more laid back in terms of how long it takes to beat stuff. I am saying if your looking for a easier mmo you probably won't find one.

Having raided in WoW recently (played since vanilla, game is super meh right now), I much prefer the way Raids are handled here in XIV.

Somehow, they manage to feel both more relaxed AND more challenging at the same time. Getting my Twintania win (I haven't started T6 yet) so far has been the single greatest feeling I've had in an MMO Raid for a very long time. It just feels like an achievement.
Same with the Primals, Because we do not need to waste 2/3rds of our time in the raid clearing trash and running back after wipes, it just feels good when you finally get the win.

Thats my take on it. I'd rather we didnt have Echo, though i understand why they did it.
The Raiding here is damnably accessible. Again, moreso than any other MMO I've played in recent years.
