Translators actually work pretty well for French/English as long as the person writing uses proper spelling, grammar, and doesn't use abbreviations.

Anyway, summary version for those who don't read French, or don't feel like using a translator, or just don't feel like reading an unnecessarily long post:

This would be a wardrobe system similar to that found in Guild Wars 2 and Diablo 3. A player would click on an item and "unlock" to have its appearance stored in the Wardrobe or it could be added automatically when the player acquires the item. The appearance of that item would be stored forever, even if the item it came from is sold/destroyed. To apply an unlocked look to current gear, the player would locate it in the Wardrobe, click to apply, and it would use the necessary glamour prism.

The OP's post also shows grayed out items for items the player has yet to unlock, so it can be used as a sort of collection log for weapons/armor/accessories. He also provides an additional idea that if they wanted to make the feature really useful, clicking on a grayed out item would bring up an info panel on how to acquire it.

I suppose he wants to see how this fares with the English players, but if he really wants to get the devs to look at it, he should also make this suggestion in the Japanese forums.
