So I filed a harassment report on a player and wasn't really expecting a reply back. However I got a /tell from Gm Rohirthorn in the middle of tanking T6 lol. I feel bad because I was kind of short with him/her trying not to get the party killed. I never thought I would have to report someone like that but he was really bent on ruining someones day it seemed like. Anyways I very happy to learn that these guys actually read your posts and get back to you ASAP. I wanted to properly thank GM Rohirhtorn but by the time I could get to a spot were I was free I couldn't reach them anymore. Anyways thank you and I'm glad you guys are so professional. Hopefully this somehow get to you.

I met Gm Rohirthorn just now as well, he came to me while I was fishing in East Shroud after I filed a similar report. Very courteous and professional and I wanted to say the same, I appreciate how quickly he arrived to address the issue.

I can't remember the GM that helped me when I had to file a report, but they were very professional and I would like to thank them. If I could access the game right now, maintenance and all, I would write there name; I maybe edit the post later. But these GM are really nice and friendly, great work.
