Miner's "Courel Step"

"Coeurl Step" is an Disciple of the Land abilities that will come out soon in patch 1.19. Miner is part of DoL, as such a lot of information is still unknown. I'm aware that the ability coeurl step must be implied in-game for all DoL first and foremost before more detail come along later.

However what can be done now is make to Suggestions & Speculations about Miner & Courel Step. So I posted a quick rely here as well to get things started as miner doesn't seem to be getting much love in the forums.
