Coeurl server technical difficulties during Eternal Bonding

On Dec 21, 2014, I was a guest at the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding for Phaia Rytsar and Azalie Skyfire held on the Coeurl Server at 7 p.m. About half way through the ceremony, after the main part of the ceremony was over, all players on the Coeurl server experianced a technical difficulty resulting in disconnection. By the time we could log back into the game, their time in the church was over. They did not receive the full time in the ceremony they paid (they paid for the premium Eternal Bonding service) and none of us received the gift that guests were to receive for attending. I've wrote in to customer service and to the G.M. about this and was told to post in the Forums. We are looking forward to the gift promised to the guests. Phaia Rytsar has wrote in, posted in Forums, gave a full list of guests and has posted a link to video of the ceremony as proof of what happened. Please make this right for them and us. This isn't the kind of technical support you think it is, its mostly user to user.

If you want to file a bug, you will definitely get a moderators attention though.

How would one know where to post when after messaging customer service and G.M.'s about an issue, you get an e-mail telling you to "please post your issue in the Forums"....... If you have a server go down, there's usually a follow up from SE about "(server) technical difficulty recovery" That's not really a "bug" I don't think...
