Is this Zodiac weapon dungeon grind getting into ppl's heads?

I DF a lot as Healer, but this new zodiac dungeon grind seems to be getting into ppl's heads.

I notice this more often with Tanks. It seems like those affected by this mindless grind end up brain dead.

1) Large pulls, as in REALLY large pulls
2) Don't seem to care if the DPS jobs are suited for Large pulls
3) Don't seem to care if the DPS ilvl is suited for Large pulls
4) Don't seem to care about Healer's MP
5) Don't even use their defensive cooldowns
6) Turn on Sword Oath or off Defiance for extra "dps" during All out DPS burns
7) Charge straight into boss fight without even caring if any of the other members might be lagging behind or stuck at loading screen

Ends up with me dead, due to over heals. DPS dead due to over aggo. They themselves dead because the DPS can't burn the mobs fast enough or I ran out of MP.

Seriously don't know what are their issues. I'm still 6/12 ATMA.
