Controller vs Bluetooth keyboard

I currently play with my ps3 controller and was wondering if it would be a worthwhile/recommended investment to get a Bluetooth keyboard to play with. Any thoughts and/or opinions would be appreciated.

If youre going to play with KB use a wired one. Theres an input delay when you use wireless keyboards on consoles. Im on PS4 AND the delay is noticeable. I would imagine it would be the same if not worse on PS3.

Input delay will vary with the type of wireless keyboard. I stayed away from bluetooth ones just for that reason. I use a Logitech K400 wireless with my PS4, though I only use it for communication purposes, I don't notice any delay. Though you will lose a USB slot as that is what the wireless sensor uses, but I don't really use those slots for anything anyways other than charging the controllers so its no worry to me.

I have used a logitech wireless keyboard on PS3 and now on PS4, sometimes there is a delay while typing so i do mistype stuff, haha

Bluetooth keyboards will also have the issue that the share the same radio spectrum as Wi-Fi so if the area has a lot of Wi-Fi usage, it will also suffer very bad lag and possibly disconnects.
