Lost plants due to PSN issues!

This is going out there to others who have surely suffered the same dilemma. I hadn't been able to log into the game since Dec. 24th because they had maintenance then the crazy PSN issues which kept Playstion users from being able to log in. I had Krakka roots, broombushes and (by far the thing that makes me most angry) Thavnarian onions in my garden plots. All of them dead by the time I was finally able to log back in after 2 days of trying unsuccessfully.

I have contacted the GM's through the Mog Station and in game since getting back in to do some sort of item recovery but all I'm getting is "We're sorry for the inconvenience but we can't help you." How is that acceptable?! Do they know how long it takes to get the seeds for those damn onions?!

If this has happened to you please share it here and maybe we will get the attention we deserve and have our wrongfully neglected plants given back to us!

I can understand your frustration. I am trying to get the seeds to make the Onion seeds. I'm a pc player though I know how much stuff costs and how long it can take >.< I'm sorry for your loss but as the previous poster said, you should of contacted someone in your fc thats on pc and ask em if they could water your plants for you so they don't die.

Not true. I had my bf water my plants when I couldn't pay for my sub and was offline for a couple of days. You can water anyone's plants just can't fertilize them.

We are talking the goblet, mist and lavender beds right? I have a house in Mist and when my wife plants stuff in the garden when she isn't on I can water them and fertilize.

Though if you can have a garden in personal rooms I didn't know that.

They could at least give everyone some free Thanalan Soil to get started again right away!

Although it did highlight a communication problem with our FC when we are not connected through the game. We'll have to find a working back-up plan for the next hack job. That was reallllly BAD.

wait what??? You can fetilize them too? Is this like a permissions thingy? If so please tell me sempai :3 So I can let my fc know. We have two houses and can only water the one house thats not "technically" an fc house although it is.

There wasn't an option to. I actually jacked my bfs controller and did it myself. :/
