Only 2 possible things i can see that happened here

1) your account was compromised and it was locked til thats resolved

2) you were doing something you obviously dont want to admit to, and you got caught


if it was the first and you are innocent of any wrongs, why are you here complaining to us instead of calling SE and getting it resolved? they are the ones who locked it, and they are the ones who will unlock it.


sorry if this sounds bad but ive seen so many people botting in the past who do this kinda post like they were innocent when they clearly werent. your average innocent person gets theri account unlocked cuz they know nothing is wrong and they go through the channels

Half of my total time logged in is propably being AFK so I doubt they would do this just because you were AFK. You better start asking people around what gives.

This doesn't really tie into the OP, but I just recently learned that people who I used to think were bots were actually on fieldcraft leve quests, as they don't give an animation.

Haha I always thought it was odd whenever I saw myself and someone on the same fieldcraft leve at a node and they'd stand still until they put their tool away.

there are other signs that they are botting their fieldcrafting though
such as people who "teleport" 20 feet away from a node once they start on it and mine/log it from the edge of your screen way far away

or the ones who run up to nodes that were there an hour ago but you exausted, and sit there for 5 minutes then move on...

no, afk =/=

and as far as moving after starting the node, it was actualy a bot causing it

they werent just moving, their character was almost literaly teleport/glitching when they started the node
every node

it wasnt just me seeing it, i had a witness to it, and there was one other person who was doing the same thing out there a bit later(and both of us saw it again)

it was basicaly their program/bot glitching on them somehow



you start to notice things when you are in the field enough, you know how people really are, and normal players dont run up to a node that exausted 5 minutes, and sit there, and then run off to another node that is exausted, and sit there, and cycle through "exausted nodes" over and over cuz they havent come back to reset their program yet for the new ones that are up

Square is known for taking along time to ban/suspend anyone. Hacks and Exploits are usually looked into for sometimes upwards of a month before an action is done.

If it is was an IP lock you can just go into your account and unlock it.

If it was a suspended account well I would say one of 4 things happened.
1) your account was hacked... which would be very difficult with the auto lock system SE has in place
2) You did something to get yourself banned... possibly not on the day you where banned. Including vulgar shouts, botting, greifing other players, mpk, or something else.
3) You used a credit card that was banned on another SE account. On XI SE would ban everything attached to a credit card.
4) Someone gave you an account and then reported it as stolen, so they locked it.



I guess it is possible SE made a mistake, but their history shows they are very very careful before they suspend players. As others said in almost all cases people who make these, "I been banned for no reason post" , where doing something they where not suppose to.

This happens to me for no apparent reason. I tried to get in touch with Square in many shapes ways and forms. I get nothing. I get less than nothing. I get this.

I did stop reading at "op's hiding whatever" and i do apologise for any CONSTRUCTIVE comments that would have been going on here.
