I'd also suggest everyone who keeps making threads on the subject to go complain to Sony directly, as they are the ones who should be compensating players for loss of service.

While I wholeheartedly agree with you (especially since PSN is a mandatory paid subscription now on PS4) I don't know what Sony could do about the items lost in this game. That falls (albeit unfairly) on the shoulders of the customer service team. It's not like Sony can Moogle mail me my stuff.
It would be awesome if SE could reimburse us psn users for lost plants, had a batch of 7 thavnarian onions in my garden while psn was down, tried to log in a few times everyday to no avail and everyone I play with plays on Playstation so no one I knew could water em for me. Those seeds took weeks of crossbreeding and gathering soil to get, SE I would think highly of you if you could help us PSN users out.
Why not make a thread where people can post their server, and their house plot location so that those that wont mind helping out can come check on the plants once a day? At least until this whole fiasco with the PSN is resolved. It wont hurt to put the info out there for those of us that wont mind trying to help can go help out.

Not SE's fault
Even so. At least half of the players lil more or less give or take play on ps3 or ps4. They couldn't get on to take care of their plants. It was SE's idea to uses sonys playstations and psn. They should at least give something back to those players who have gardens that are on ps3/ps4.
Really. Come on. "S" happens, we know this. I lost stuff too, but thats life. All I can do is start over. What happened sucks, it was out of SE's control. Contrary to popular belief not much Sony or MS could have done about it either. No life low lifes will always find a way to get their BS through. It will most likely happen again at some point.
Should we blame SE because it was their idea to make the game too? If we get an ice storm here and it knocks out power for weeks on end ( it has happened) do I ask the power company for compensation of my dead video game plants? They decided to run those wires right under those tree limbs.
We have to get over it and move on. I have already replanted and will start the process again. If it happens again, then it happens, and nobody can stop it.
Dunno why your getting all up tight for. Calm your tits. I ain't attacking anyone. I'm just saying that it was SE's idea to use Playstation platform. It's not their fault for the attacks. Sheesh even SE got hijacked a couple of weeks or month ago. Everyone complained. If I was stuck playing on ps3/ps4 I would be upset that my plants died too. Especially the really rare ones like the onions. It's not that hard to provide us with some soil and maybe even an onion and it wouldn't effect the market board at all. It would only be to those players that have their own gardens and that are only on ps3 & ps4. I mean sheesh even with the event you have a chance of getting an onion. It's not that much to ask.
Sadly, and I am truly sorry to say... but in my experience SE is most likely going to stick with "Sorry, but nothing we can do. Not our fault." (Played FFXI for a good while)
They have a really cold policy when it comes to "things F#$%ing up", which goes back to them claiming "Hey, you're just paying to be able to access the game. Nothing else guaranteed."
Not to say that they're heartless or "evil" about it..it's just a corporate decision they've decided to stick with.
