Lost plants due to PSN issues!

Sadly everyone in the FC is also on Playstion, so no PC users to save the day.

Oh wow that sucks I'm sorry :[ maybe make some pc friends for future issues such as this? I mean it has happen in the past (2011 I believe? when psn was down for months?) If you were on my server I would definitely help ya out ^^

Thanks, wish I had met someone like you before all this. The only person outside the FC who could have helped let their sub go a month ago. It can't be that hard for them to replace the plants can it?

You would think they would cuz of the whole mess with psn. At least give it to the ps3/ps4 players that have a plot of land. Shouldn't be that hard to look up. At least thats what I think.

I can understand your frustration. I am trying to get the seeds to make the Onion seeds. I'm a pc player though I know how much stuff costs and how long it can take >.< I'm sorry for your loss but as the previous poster said, you should of contacted someone in your fc thats on pc and ask em if they could water your plants for you so they don't die.

They could at least give everyone some free Thanalan Soil to get started again right away!

Although it did highlight a communication problem with our FC when we are not connected through the game. We'll have to find a working back-up plan for the next hack job. That was reallllly BAD.

I know you can tend other people's plants as well as water them; our neighbors from the FC next door do that sometimes.

With all these issues it'd be cool if SE could offer some sort of compensation to PS3 and PS4 players. I mean it's not really their fault and they don't have to, but it'd be a pretty neat goodwill gesture on their part.

Well they did it with the gold dyes why not at least the seeds if not soil? Maybe even 1 onion. It makes a difference ya know? Hopefully a dev will see this post and at least suggest it to their higher ups.

You are my hero! I too wish for the same. I mean there have to be people on the customer service side who've played the game and know how much time it takes to get these plants through gardening. I bought none of it, all seeds and soils I harvested so it was A LOT of work getting to this point. Seeing it all rotting in the garden due to this issue with PSN really sucks...

Haha ^^ I always try to help people and think of the quality of life for players. Now the question is how can we get a devs attention upon this matter? Is there some kinda bell we can ring? LOL
